About Us

Established in 2009, Animal Birth Control of Harrisburg Area in Middletown, Pennsylvania, provides quality veterinary services at an affordable cost. Our practice is located outside of Middletown, in a quaint setting at the doctor's small farmette. We provide general and surgical care for dogs, cats, rabbits, and rodents.

Our staff consists of a caring, experienced surgeon and clinician, as well as a well-trained support staff. We treat your pets as we would treat our own, with care and expertise. When your pet requires our services, we explain everything in detail to ensure that you understand.

About Our Veterinarian

Dr. Tracy Moussa graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Veterinary School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 2005. She then became an associate veterinarian for Smoketown Veterinary Hospital in Smoketown, Pennsylvania, from 2005-2007. Dr. Moussa was an exotic Veterinarian, treating reindeer to canaries, dogs and cats. From 2007-2009, she served as the Director of Veterinary care for the Humane Society of Harrisburg Area.

Dr. Moussa enjoys providing successful surgical services to help animals. She has always been very in tune with animals, because she cares deeply for them. Our customers keep coming back because of our quality service and Dr. Moussa's expertise.
